What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect only what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in (optional) and your message. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — pages viewed, how you found us — not to identify you personally.

How we use it

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and provide the quote or service you asked about — nothing else. We don't add you to marketing lists and we never sell or share your information for advertising.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to us by email (via Resend) and recorded in a private spreadsheet so we don't lose track of them. The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical details of your visit to tell people from bots. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and maintain our business records, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@cleanstay.co.nz or call 022 560 7999 and we'll sort it out promptly.
